• Functionality of connected devices
• Completeness of data integrations

Users acknowledge that wearable-device information should not be treated as clinically definitive.

Healio360 may provide access to healthcare provider directories, clinics, hospitals, or third-party healthcare resources. Healio360:

• Does not endorse healthcare providers.
• Does not supervise healthcare providers.
• Does not employ healthcare providers.
• Does not guarantee healthcare provider quality or outcomes.

Any relationship established between a user and a healthcare provider is solely between those parties.

Certain features require payment or subscription access. Subscription fees, pricing, billing intervals, and included features are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Payments may be processed through:

• Google Play Store
• Stripe
• Other authorised payment providers

Refunds are subject to applicable law and platform-specific billing policies. Healio360 reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, and features at any time.

Healio360 is a health intelligence and information platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Healio360 is not intended to operate as:

Users remain responsible for obtaining professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Healio360 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healio360, Seven Capital Markets Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Medical decisions
• Healthcare outcomes
• Reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Business interruption
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages

arising from or relating to use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healio360, Seven Capital Markets Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

Healio360 may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published on the website or application. Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
